The 100 year-old building of the former Goerlitz Warenhaus is being completely restored and renovated. After removal of all fixtures

and old building appliances, the time-consuming reconstruction of the original optical state has started: supplemented with the most up-to-date building and thermal engineering. The windows to the outside, the insulation of the facades, the new lift s, the high ceilings and the elegant flooring will be constructed to a high quality according to modern practices but staying true to the original. As many design elements as possible from the original department store should be brought to life again. In addition to the renovation and vitalisation, there are further extension options. Sufficient parking is provided by a multi-storey car park and parking places nearby.
